Support and direct management in order to achieve revenue targets and budgeted profit
Direct the effective prioritization and delivery of key Cluster Division projects, leading project delivery groups
Participate in strategic and annual business planning processes.
Participate in the development of operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, including Management reporting, business process and organizational planning.
- 6+ years relevant experience in restaurant operations and management
- 3-5 years of successful, high sales volume, operational, multi-unit management experience in the restaurant industry
- Essential to have independent restaurant experience
- Pre-opening experience essential
- Excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to train/mentor others
