One of the TOP restaurant groups in Hong Kong aiming at providing high quality and pleasant catering service to customers.

- Work closely with General Manager, Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef on new menu design and maintaining up-to-date wine list.

- Drive beverage revenue by identifying business opportunities and creating a wine culture to enhance revenue.

- Manage, maintain and control beverage orders and inventory level.

- Conduct regular sales analysis to ensure stock turnover and achieve maximum profitability.

- Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers.

- 5+ years relevant experience in fine dining restaurants

- Excellent communication to understand and respond to guests' needs & requirements

- Solid & Strong Wine Knowledge is a MUST

- Holder of WSET or recognized sommelier certification is required

- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a MUST
